COVID- 19; Our Response

At Hafan Cymru we are busy putting coronavirus (COVID-19) contingency plans in place. These ensure we can maintain our housing and support services across Wales as best as possible whilst prioritising the wellbeing of all our clients and customers.

Our critical services including supported accommodation, refuges and floating support will continue as we monitor the Government guidance in this situation.

The health and wellbeing of our tenants, service users and employees remains to be our key priority and we continue to follow the advice and guidance from the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales by adjusting the ways in which we are working in line with the relevant advice and guidance.

Housing & Support:
This can be a worrying time for our tenants and service users; if you are experiencing any difficulties as a result of issues associated with COVID-19 please contact us for advice and we will support you where possible.

Health & Safety:
We will ensure that our staff are well if they need to visit you and we will continue to take all necessary precautions to minimise risk. If you or members of your household are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please contact us as early as possible so we can make a record of this and we will discuss the most appropriate ways to assist you. We are assessing the situation on a daily basis to keep up to date with any changes in guidance.
