Hafan Cymru has an exceptional record helping people across Wales move closer to the job market. Our employment support advisors have in-depth experience of helping individuals to recognise their barriers, explore coping strategies and move towards independence.
We work to make sure access to employment, training and education opportunities are promoted and recognised as a route to a more fulfilled and independent life. This helps with the wider regeneration of communities – which is another key part of our mission.
The people we support face many barriers including lack of self-worth, financial issues and discrimination from employers and wider society. We help them access opportunities that suit their personal circumstances, enabling them to develop, overcome their barriers and move towards independent living.
